heylo ebelyone!!! XD
okies... im gonna blog about the family reunion we had during xmas! XD so... we arrived in cebu on the 21 of dec and stayed there until the 27th... and the whole ibarra family had a family reunion! after like how many years of not being complete... finally we are complete!! yeehaw!! and we have a really big family okies.. my grandma has 8 children! :D and thats what makes it fun!!! i love all my cousins!!! XD neways on the 23 of december we were finally all complete! XD all my aunties and uncles were there and man everyone was shrieking out of happiness and it took a long time to bless everyone hahahah :P
on our first night complete together... we had dinner... and my cousin who is only turning 13 today is actually taller than me!!!!! ARRGH!!! i hate being short =.="
me: *looks at yul* NO WAY!!!! youre taller than me!!!!
yul: i am? *smiles proudly* yea i am! XD
me: NOOOO!!!! you shouldnt be taller!!! this is unfair!!!
yul: what can i say
me: what did you eat? why are you taller than me! huhuhu
yul: nothing...i just eat.... banana~ :D
me: =.=" eeeehhh i like your height!
yul: i like it too *boastfully*
me: *hits yul on the shoulder*
eeeehhhh.... i need to grow taller... so after eating dinner we went into the room to bond with each other hahahah. it was fricking fun! XD my cousins are so random and weird and fun! XD i feel so loved when im with them :) and i found out that mai mai and yul already has bf's and gf's manh~ and they are 13!!!! cool huh? XD i like their love stories...especially yuls one haha... hahahha mine~~~ XD
so on the 24th we went to ubod to celebrate my lola's 85th bday.... we went swimming~ XD it was so fun! i'll post pics soon... then we had a program.... and guess what? they forced me to be the mc -.-" but i wasnt alone so it was ok :) a lot of tears was shed coz of the touching messages... :') i love my family! XD after that we played a lot of games and had the time of our lives XD
then we had our noche buena and celebrated christmas! XD during christmas day we went for a tour around cebu! we actually hired a big bus and only the ibarras were in it! XD it was so awesome! XD first we went to magellans cross, then to lapu lapu's shrine issit?? we bought souvenirs!!! XD XD then we visited the taoist temple in phil then we went to family park and finally to SM for some shopping!!! XD me and mai mai went around the whole sm man! wohoo! girl power! hahahahah :D then we had our christmas dinner in a restaurant called majestic it was YUMMY!!! XD
then me, yul and mai mai chikaed like there was no tomorrow hahhaahaha. yul said such a sweet line that it touched me so much
yul: i cant accept a guy who will just hurt you...
eeeehhhh... i swear i almost cried when he said that... manh i miss yul so much! i love my cousins! then when we arrived home we continued our chikaing :D and something memorable happened! yul had to take a bath so me and mai mia were left alone outside at like 11.30 plus pm.. there was a christmas party going on at the neighbours house so we headed for the swing and talked about stuff...
while talking a man passed by outside the gate... i dont know why but i suspected something was not right... he looked at us and just continued walking... me and mai mai just ignored him for we thought that he was heading for the christmas party next door so we continued talking... a few minutes later a group of about 5 plus guys came by and asked us if we saw anyone passing by alone... me and mai2 told them we did and told them where he went... they caught him and went off... kuya dax went and followed them.... when kuya dax came back he told us that the guy we saw was actually a stealer and planned to steal our house but when he saw me and mai mai he backed out.. i was like O_O woooowww..... and we helped them catch him.... they have been looking for him for a few months now... the guys beat him up... :S its a good thing mai mai and i was still there if not i dont know what would have happened...i just wanna thank God for protecting us :) it truly wa a memorable christmas :D
so on the 26th we had family bonding where we would just spend time with our relatives and cousins and talk about life... it was really fun. i wanna eat more brazo de mercedez! :P and we also had a photo taking session... pics will be up soon :D when i get back to brunei and have the pc fixed.... so i dont think its soon hehe :P neways the next day was our day of departure so as usual me and my cousins chikaed until late at night... the topic suddenly came down to ghost stories... across where our house was was an abandoned house... it was really dark and my cousin told me the history of that house... someone suicide in that house and burned the house.... while she was telling the tale suddenly a cold wind blew by...it was fricking spooky and i glanced at the house... then... if ya wanna noe about it ask me hehe :P... we all got spooked so we quickly changed the topic... we didnt go to sleep yet coz we wanted to spend the last moments we had with each other.. nothing could stop us :D
the next day was our departure day :( :( our flight was in he morning so we had to wake up really early... so we said goodbye... hugged my cousins and went to the taxi... and i cried in the taxi... >< i just couldnt believe it was over.. i miss them so much... hayy... it was a sad day :'( but i have memories which will forever be in my heart :) i wouldnt trade anything for my family :) i love my life even though its not perfect :P
check out this saying: practice makes perfect... then again, nobody's perfect... so why practice?? (ai ai delas alas)

so thats what pretty much happened on our family reunion :) i miss them all... i hope to see them soon...
